About the Offer
The Hammock Foundation Course pathway provides beginner students with aerial hammock with a more in-depth foundation of aerial arts, taking you on a fun journey through the FIVE significant contents: strength and conditioning, movement coordination, basic aerial silks techniques, simple flows with the music and the safety awareness of aerial hammock.
The course will leave you feeling empowered and confident to continue the Aerial Hammock Level 1 class.
