Booking & Reservations
Online Reservations Only: All bookings for ongoing classes must be made through our online booking system. You must reserve your class before attending.
Class Size: Classes require a minimum of 3 participants to take place. If this minimum is not met, the class may be cancelled.
Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is successful. Please ensure that the information is correct, and if you do not receive an email, please contact us.
Age Group:
Students must be at least 18 years old to participate in regular classes.
Teenagers aged 15 or older can join regular classes only with parental permission, or a parent must attend the class with them.
Children under 15 years old are not permitted to join regular classes.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notice Period: You must cancel or reschedule your class at least 6 hours before the class starts to avoid being charged for the session.
Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 6 hours before the class will be charged in full.
No Shows: If you do not attend your reserved class and do not notify us in advance, you will still be charged for the session.
Rescheduling: To reschedule your class, you must cancel your current booking first and then rebook your new class online.
Severe Weather Policy
Weather-Related Cancellations: If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the class will be automatically cancelled.
Class Resumption: If the weather warning is lifted 3 hours prior to the class, the class will resume as scheduled.
Class Credits: For ongoing classes, if the class is cancelled due to severe weather, credits will be refunded to your account.
Health & Safety
Health Concerns: Members with health conditions (such as high blood pressure, cardiac issues, or any other serious illness) must consult with a doctor before attending classes. Please notify us of any pre-existing medical conditions.
Injury Reporting: If you feel unwell or injured during class, please immediately inform the instructor and stop the activity.
Fitness Level: It is the member's responsibility to ensure they are physically fit for the activity. We recommend consulting a doctor if you're unsure.
Class Credits / Passes
Credit Passes: We offer Credit Passes for ongoing classes. These passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
Friends & Family Passes: The Friends & Family Pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, but it can be shared with family and friends.
Unused Credits: Unused credits cannot be refunded. However, if students purchase a pass of equal or greater value, we can extend the expiration date of the old pass to match that of the new pass.
Validity: Credit passes have an expiry date from the first use. Please use your credits before they expire.
Unused Credits After Expiry: Once the expiration date has passed, any unused credits will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Personal Belongings
Responsibility: Flying Fairy is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during class.
Valuables: Please keep your valuables in a safe place. The studio is not liable for any lost items.
Behavior Expectations
Respect & Discipline: All students are expected to behave respectfully to their peers, instructors, and staff.
Disruptive Behavior: Disruptive behavior (such as being late repeatedly, using inappropriate language, or disrupting the class flow) may result in removal from the class. In such cases, no refund will be given.
Food & Drink: No food is allowed in the studio area.
Liability Waiver
Waiver of Liability: By attending any class, you agree to participate at your own risk. Flying Fairy is not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred during class, or for any personal belongings lost or damaged.
Health Disclosure: It is your responsibility to inform us of any health issues that may affect your participation in class. Failure to disclose health conditions may result in the refusal of entry into classes.
Changes to Classes
Instructor & Schedule Changes: Flying Fairy reserves the right to change the class schedule or instructors without prior notice.
Class Cancellation: If a class is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified in advance by email. You may reschedule your class for another available slot.
No Refunds for Cancellations: Classes are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our specific policies.
Communication & Updates
Class Notifications: You will receive updates about class schedules, cancellations, and other important notices via email and SMS. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and check your spam/junk folder regularly.
Language of Terms
These terms and conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancies between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
