Class Size
The course requires a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 13 participants per class, ensuring individualised attention for each student.
Course Format
This course follows a hybrid learning model, combining in-person and online study for a well-rounded education.
In-person Training (75 hours): Conducted over 12 intensive weekend sessions, focusing on asana practice, sequencing, hands-on adjustments, and teaching methodologies.
Online Study (110 hours):
Anatomy & Physiology (30 hours): Covers biomechanics, nervous system function, breath control, and common injuries.
Yoga Philosophy (30 hours): Includes studies on the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and various yoga traditions.
Professional Knowledge (50 hours): Covers teaching methodologies, ethics, sequencing, and business aspects of yoga.
Self-Paced Learning: Students will receive pre-recorded lectures, reading materials, and assignments, along with access to exam links for each subject. Students are expected to begin the online study upon registration and ideally complete all online coursework, assignments, and exams before the in-person sessions commence. However, for those who enrol late or require additional time, all online components must be completed no later than 6 months after the final in-person session in order to successfully graduate.
Live Discussions & Assignments: Interactive online discussions and assignments to reinforce key concepts.
Teaching Practicum (5 hours): Hands-on teaching experience where students assist and conduct real yoga classes under supervision.
Self-Practice (10 hours): Students can either attend classes at our yoga studio or submit practice videos for evaluation.
Examination
Students will be assessed through both online and in-person examinations:
Online Tests: Each online study subject includes an exam, which may consist of multiple-choice questions, written responses, or a combination of both. If a student fails an online test, the teacher will reach out for discussion and provide a second opportunity to retake the test.
In-Person Written Exam: Conducted during in-person sessions, this exam consists of multiple-choice and written response questions. If a student fails, they will have one opportunity to retake the exam on the same day. If they fail again, they must pay an additional HKD 800 per retake, with each exam lasting 1-2 hours.
Practical Exam: Students may asked to demonstrate proficiency in yoga sequences, teaching methodologies, or class instruction skills. The same retake policy applies as the written exam.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a Yoga Alliance-certified 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate and will be eligible to register as an RYT200 instructor.

Sick-Leave & Make-Up Class Policy
Students must maintain 100% attendance for all in-person sessions.
We do not offer sick leave or make-up classes for missed in-person sessions. However, we will provide a recorded video of the missed class for students to review.
If a student misses an exam day, they must pay HKD 800 to arrange another exam date unless the absence is due to an emergency or illness (a doctor’s certificate or supporting document is required for proof).
Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds After Enrolment: Once enroled, no refunds will be issued. However, refunds can be provided if you are unable to continue the course due to a physical injury or health condition, with a doctor's certificate as proof.
Course Cancellation: If we do not have enough students to run the course, it will be cancelled, and a full refund will be provided. We will reach out to students individually for their bank details, and the refund will be processed via bank transfer or FPS payment.
Weather & Force Majeure: In case of severe weather conditions such as a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning, we may either switch to an online format or postpone the class. However, we will not issue refunds due to bad weather or other force majeure factors.
