About the Offer

4-Week Children Yoga Exploration Course

This course spans over 4 weeks with a class per week and is a rich learning journey that aids in the physical development of children while stabilizing their emotions and enhancing focus. Our objective is to provide children with a solid foundation, allowing them to appreciate the world of yoga at a comfortably paced rhythm.

Week 1: Introduction to Yoga We will start with basic self-introductions to establish good relationships between the children and the instructor through communication. Following that, the instructor will provide an introduction to what Yoga is and the purpose of the class. We will then proceed with some interactive warm-up sessions before moving on to instruct on some introductory yoga movements, ending the session with cool-down movements and the final resting pose.

Week 2: Animal-Based Yoga Poses We will delve deeper into exploring yoga that draws inspiration from animals. This class will introduce children to unique animal-themed yoga poses like Eagle Pose, Camel Pose, Cobra Pose, etc. These poses not only allow them to immerse themselves in yoga practice but also effectively train their physical endurance and concentration.

Week 3: Building Balance and Agility This session will focus on yoga poses that help to improve balance and agility. Through balancing games, children will be encouraged to maintain their yoga poses to the rhythm of soothing music!

Week 4: Breathing and Relaxation The final week will revolve around learning breathing techniques and relaxation of the mind, body, and soul. In this class, we will introduce the children to the basic "pranayama" or breathing practices, coupled with calming yoga poses. This allows children to learn how to stabilize their emotions through the control of their breath.
